How many people do you know who is clearly not satisfied? Their body language screams that they are simply not happy with their lot, they talk about happy, when such and such, finally, happens. Do you feel this way?

We live in a lot of pressure from the world expect from us, and we expect a lot about myself. It seems they do not want “more” makes you stand apart from the norm and creates additional fear of being left behind. It’s almost as if we should all want more and more, otherwise we do not agree with the world around us.

Social approval is something that we all instinctively seek. We would like to be loved, we need others to validate us. And so even if you do not really want “more”, the fact that most of those around us want more, means that we are under pressure to agree with them, in order to meet its own requirements for approval.

Wanting to have good, nothing wrong with wanting more. This world is rich and all, there is no reason why we are not all that could have everything we could wish for. There is a condition, though, if your desire “more” does not allow you to enjoy now, you’ll never be happy and not easy to achieve wealth that you are looking for. If, on the other hand, focus on now and enjoy being happy in this moment the positive energy that you feel is natural to move themselves forward in abundance.

That is why the happiness that is felt at the time, and not something that can never be made dependent on external factors and forces. As a friend commented the other day, you can find a great person to get into relationships, but they can not make you happy, and only you can feel happy in myself. This is the real secret of happiness.

Can Meditation Help Me?

Plan your time, some positive thinking in everyday in the morning is a great way to detoxify your mind. You can do this, how do you eat breakfast, get dressed or drive to work. All you need to do is a mental list of things you appreciate in your life. Regardless of how bad things seem sometimes there are always some positives in your life. Focusing on these positive things you are welcoming to happen to you during the day and consuming power of negative thoughts.

Do not lose sight of their goals. Too often we get caught up in everyday life things laundry room and a visit to the supermarket and do not concentrate our mental energy on the big picture. Think and write down your goals. When you have done is develop a plan of action by breaking your goal into small achievable bits. Submit the plan in a conspicuous place where you will be reminded about it every day. Each time you reach one of the steps on your plan to reward yourself to keep motivated.

Acute stress is a term that was first used by American physiologist Walter Cannon in 1920ís. It is defined as fast, but the short answer to immediate threats, real or imagined, in the environment of a person who produces physiological, psychological and / or emotional stress, in the head and body.

Events such as seeing a car accident, get yourself in a fight or argument, or is rejected by someone you like makes the reaction to stress, to many people. Boredom is a curse. It starts when you are not interested in what you are doing or supposed to do. The first signs of daydreaming and procrastination, and it can quickly lead to frustration and despair. Boredom numbs the mind and saps the body, ultimately it is the soul of a kill.

This is the plan of escape: You give yourself a special gift. This is different from what you first think – this is not the latest gadget or electronic toys, but something much more valuable. What are you doing this to rendezvous with inspiration (This adaptation of an idea ‘Artist’s Way’, by Julia Cameron).

The plan sets aside blocks of time to do what inspires you. Make it at least 2 hours and it is time to defend against all intruders. Your inspiration can be uploaded on the tour one day, movies, walks along the river or a book in the fire. This may be the cycle ride, visit an art gallery or a boat. Your inspiration dates will be individually, like you, the only condition is that it has the potential to inspire you. As a romantic date, there can be no guarantee of success, but there should be a lot of promises!

Running from boredom begins as soon as you start planning the date of inspiration. As you run through the page, treat it as you do when choosing a gift for a loved one. You can make a list of ideas and enjoy each before making a decision. Imagine the different possibilities and enjoy the selection.

Once you have decided on a date, be ready to call. As Julia Cameron warns us to “devote himself to [] date and then watch your growler side is trying to wriggle out of it.
